Loyalty Desk

Deployed, in testing · Aug 2026

A small loyalty and retention desk that works without hoarding personal data.

Loyalty Desk runs member codes, points, rewards, referrals, memberships and segments for a food-service group, and flags low ratings for recovery. Campaigns are drafted, never sent on their own. It is designed to hold the minimum about a guest.

Who it is for

Operators who want repeat visits and recovery of unhappy guests without handing their customer list to a third-party platform.

What it does

  • Member codes, points and rewards.
  • Low-rating recovery queue.
  • Segments and draft-only campaigns.
  • Referrals, memberships and a wallet.
  • Customer scoring on behaviour, not identity.

How it works

  1. A guest joins with a code at the bill.
  2. Visits earn points; ratings and gaps raise flags.
  3. Staff act on the queue; the owner approves any campaign before it goes anywhere.

Where it stands

Deployed in August 2026 as a private pilot for Platform 65, in testing with one operator login. Not available to outside businesses yet.
