TableLane (working name)

Working prototype · Oct 2026

A guest workspace for food-service teams: messages, answers and reservation requests in one place.

TableLane gives a front-of-house team one shared inbox for guest messages, with replies matched from a set of approved answers, and a reservation request flow that staff confirm. It keeps guest conversations out of personal phones and in the team's hands.

Illustration: three linked panels: a list of conversations, a message thread with replies, and a table plan with one reservation slot.

Who it is for

Front-of-house teams at food-service outlets that field the same questions and booking requests all day.

What it does

  • Shared inbox for guest conversations.
  • Replies matched from approved answers (no generative model).
  • Reservation requests that staff confirm or decline.
  • Per-outlet views.

How it works

  1. A guest writes in.
  2. The workspace proposes an approved answer or routes the request.
  3. Staff confirm; the guest gets a clear reply.

Where it stands

Working prototype since October 2026, with test data. Voice and WhatsApp channels are simulated in the prototype. Not available to outside businesses yet.
